Dispute Charges

In order to dispute charges that occurred during a rental, owner or renter must send an email to support@pinnicocars.com with the dispute reason, pictures, explanation and costs within 24 hours of vehicle drop off. Failure to notify Pinnico Cars within 24 hours relinquishes any obligation to receive a dispute amount.

Owners and Drivers are expected to resolve any disputes, including alleged damage or other issues, directly with one another. If there is a deposit on the rental, Pinnico will hold the deposit until the dispute is resolved.
